Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply take a moment for yourself, our experienced instructors will guide you through empowering, beginner-friendly classes that leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

Our Reformer Pilates classes, led by Drew, focus on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall alignment using the specialized Pilates Reformer machine. This equipment-based workout offers low-impact resistance training that targets deep muscle groups to help tone, lengthen, and strengthen the entire body. Reformer Pilates is especially beneficial for improving flexibility, joint stability, and overall body awareness — making it an excellent choice for injury prevention, cross-training, or simply moving with more ease and control.

Our Yoga classes, led by Nick, offer a mindful blend of stretching, breathwork, and gentle flow to increase flexibility, reduce stress, and promote balance in both body and mind. Nick’s classes integrate gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and calming sensory elements like essential oil sprays, homemade candles, singing bowls, and soothing sounds. His goal is to create a welcoming, inclusive space for all bodies — especially those navigating pain, tightness, or limited mobility.
Both classes are open to all experience levels, with thoughtful guidance and modifications to ensure everyone feels supported and successful on their wellness journey.
